Phoenix Products fuel tanks and generator enclosures help ensure that backup power equipment will be ready to operate during emergencies, seasonal peaks or planned maintenance shutdowns. Our engineers and technicians have a proven track record for providing the end-to-end reliability demanded by owners, engineers and facility managers across a wide range of industries and applications.
It is critical that your generator provide reliable power once installed onsite. To ensure that the completed package meets your specific engineering requirements, Phoenix Products offers generator load bank testing services at both of its manufacturing facilities. Each plant has a 3-MW resistive and reactive load bank, and can provide 1-hour, 4-hour or 8-hour load tests on completed projects prior to shipping. We welcome the opportunity to host your customer witness tests.
To help maintain fuel quality and power equipment rreliability, Phoenix Products offers the Fuel Quality Assurance Program℠ (FQAP). Our Petroleum Recycling Services technicians will sample the fuel regularly, remove any sludge and water, inspect the tank with a remote camera, test the tank's integrity, filter out soluble contaminants and add the appropriate fuel stabilizer based upon the sample testing results.
Phoenix Products' trained service personnel are equipped to perform a variety of services on aboveground fuel storage tanks, day tanks and fuel control systems including:
Phoenix Products' aboveground fuel tanks provide secondary containment with true double-wall construction for superior strength and maximum durability. Each tank is manufactured, tested and UL-listed in accordance with UL standards for aboveground storage of flammable and combustible liquids. Available in a range of capacities from 250 to 30,000 gallons, these tanks are equipped with leak detection and overfill protection and can be outfitted with OSHA-approved access steps and handrails and cold weather heaters. Phoenix Products can manufacture these tanks to fit any custom footprint.
Phoenix Products' generator base tanks (sub-base tanks) provide true double-wall secondary containment. Designed and custom manufactured with quality materials to suit your emergency power system, these tanks are UL-listed and meet either UL 142 or UL 2085 standards.
